1. Subscription
Ask Corp offers its services on a subscription or per-session basis, depending on the service selected. Any applicable fees will be clearly displayed on the payment page before you complete your purchase.

If a subscription plan is selected, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize Ask Corp to charge the applicable fees at the beginning of each billing period.

All pricing is transparent and shown upfront. Charges may be processed as a single transaction or multiple transactions, depending on the payment method and service type.

2. Trial & Promotional Offers

Ask Corp may offer limited-time trials or discounted plans.

If you do not cancel within the specified trial or promotional period, your plan will automatically renew at the standard subscription rate. All applicable pricing and renewal details will be clearly mentioned on the payment page.

3. Payment Method

Payments are processed using the payment method provided at the time of purchase.

By using Ask Corp, you authorize us and our third-party payment providers to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees. Additional charges such as currency conversion fees or bank processing fees may apply depending on your provider.

4. Cancellation

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date. To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription prior to the end of your current subscription period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through any of the following methods:

  • Navigate to My Account → Membership → Cancel Subscription
  • Follow the on-screen cancellation instructions to confirm your request

You will remain responsible for all Subscription Fees, applicable taxes, and related charges incurred during the current subscription period. If you choose to cancel, your access to the Ask Corp platform and services will continue until the end of your active billing cycle, after which your subscription will terminate automatically without additional renewal charges.

Ask Corp reserves the right to suspend or terminate any subscription if payment is not successfully processed, if these Terms are violated, or for any other reasonable business or security-related concern at our sole discretion.

5. Refunds

Refunds are provided under specific conditions.

If you request a refund within 7 days of your purchase, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund depending on service usage.

  • If the service has not been used, a full refund may be issued
  • If partially used, a proportional refund may be considered

Refund requests must be submitted through our official support channels.

6. Service Nature Clarification

Ask Corp primarily operates on a pay-per-session model, where users pay only when they connect with a verified expert.

Subscriptions, if offered, are optional and designed for added convenience. There are no hidden charges or forced commitments.
